Albrechtičky is a village in the district of Nový Jičín. The village located in the central part of the Poodří Protected Landscape Area, on the right bank of the Odra River, is one of the oldest in the area. The first written mention dates from 1411. The village has about 662 inhabitants and 212 descriptive numbers. The village is attractive for visitors especially beautiful nature and is a good starting point for visiting the Kotvice Nature Reserve - a system of ponds with the occurrence of specially protected species of aquatic and marsh plants, whose stands are sought for nesting and hiding of aquatic and marsh animals, especially from the bird kingdom.
