Malá Morava has a mean altitude of 585 m and is located along the eponymous watercourse. The cadastre of Malá Morava gradually rises from the valley of the Morava River, through which the road and railway line from Hanušovice to Bohemia pass, to the west to the first hills of the Králický Sněžník group and to the south to Mount Jeřáb, the highest point of the Hanušovice Highlands. The village offers a lot of cultural monuments. Services and pilgrimages are regularly held at the "Holy Trinity" pilgrimage sites and the nearby "Monastery on the Mount of the Mother of God" in Hedeč. In winter, the village offers a large number of maintained ski trails and slopes. The village of Malá Morava has 9 local parts on an area of 6830 ha. The village has more than 500 inhabitants.
